Hospitality Innovators, Inc. has managed Y2 since its opening in 2013, maintaining consistent service standards across HII’s Metro Manila portfolio. The building houses 176 rooms, two on-site dining outlets (SUMA and Y2K Gastropub), a rooftop pool with Makati skyline views, a penthouse gym, on-site Old School Barbers, and five function spaces across the Upper Penthouse and Roof Deck.

Y2 Residence Hotel is at 4687 Santiago Street corner B. Valdez and Singian Streets, Poblacion, Makati City 1210 — on the quieter northern edge of Poblacion, insulated from bar-grid noise but two minutes’ walk from the Felipe-Polaris-Don Pedro nightlife strip. Century City Mall is a 3-minute walk along Kalayaan Avenue. Makati Central Business District, Rockwell Power Plant Mall, and Ayala Triangle Gardens are 5–10 minutes by car. Bonifacio Global City (BGC) is 15–20 minutes; Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA Terminals 1, 2, 3, 4) is 25–35 minutes depending on traffic. For mass-transit arrivals, Y2 is a short Grab ride from Buendia MRT-3 station.
Y2’s six room categories serve three stay types in one property. Studio Deluxe (33 sqm, queen) and Studio Deluxe Twin (42 sqm, 2 singles) handle short leisure and colleague-pair bookings. One Bedroom Deluxe (46–52 sqm) and One Bedroom Premier (60 sqm) add a separate living area and are the default for business-traveller and anniversary stays. Two Bedroom Deluxe (70–80 sqm, 2 queens) and Two Bedroom Premier (87–98 sqm, 2 queens) sleep four adults across two bedrooms and are booked heavily by families and wedding group blocks. Every room includes a full kitchenette (refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, sink, cookware), air-conditioning with individual controls, smart cable TV, complimentary high-speed WiFi, work desk, minibar, in-room safe, and blackout curtains. Pet-friendly rooms are assigned on request.

SUMA is the ground-floor all-day restaurant. From 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, SUMA plates Filipino breakfast standards — tapsilog, tocilog, longsilog, bangsilog, chicksilog, cornedbeefsilog — each built around garlic rice, egg, and the protein of choice. From 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, SUMA opens its à la carte menu with Spanish mains, Western comfort food, and English counters. Y2K Gastropub takes the evening. Service runs 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM with craft cocktails (Gimlet, Margarita, Long Island, Tropical Zen, Sakura Bomb), ice-cold local beers, a specialty coffee programme, Filipino mains (Chicken Inasal, Crispy Kare-Kare, Crispy Pata, Sinigang na Hipon, Lechon Kawali), Asian noodles (Pancit Bihon-Canton, Malabon, Japchae, Pad Thai), silog, pasta, and pizza. Happy Hour 4:00–7:00 PM and 12:00–3:00 AM. Y2K Special: 5-course set at PHP 1,999. Private events bookable at PHP 30,000 minimum consumable, 50 pax, 3-hour blocks.
Facilities at Y2 Residence Hotel
The rooftop pool opens daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and is exclusive to in-house guests — no walk-in or day-pass access. It is set inside a zen-garden rooftop with 360-degree views of the Makati skyline. The penthouse gym operates 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM with cardio machines and free weights. Old School Barbers on the ground floor runs 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM for precision cuts and clean shaves. Five function rooms handle corporate offsites, weddings, and photoshoots: Yin Room (56 m²), Yang Room (93 m²), combined Yin Yang Room (149–150 m²), Boardroom (21–22 m²), and Roof Deck (280.8 m²). Projector, screen, PA, and whiteboard included in every space. Front desk is staffed 24 hours. Self-parking is complimentary and available 24 hours on a first-come, first-served basis.
