To ensure a harmonious stay for all guests, we have a clear and pet-friendly policy in place:
- Pet Limit: One to two small to medium-sized pets (25kg in weight) are welcome per room.
- Pet Fee: A PHP 400 fee per pet/per night will be charged upon check-in to maintain the comfort and cleanliness of our suites.
- Leash & Supervision: Pets must be leashed in public areas and never left unattended in the unit.
- Behavior Expectations: We welcome well-behaved pets. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or damage may result in penalties.
- No Unattended Pets: Please do not leave your pet unattended in the room for extended periods.

Y2 Residence is the best
Thank you for providing excellent customer service, from the receptionist, security, maintenance, to housekeeping during our 5-day stay. The receptionists are always smiling when you see them and the securty always greets you at the entrance. The housekeeping always makes sure that the rooms are clean. Thank you guys!

Fantastic Stay for big family
The hotel's facilities were top-notch with ample parking and excellent amenities. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a fantastic stay for families especially if you have a big one!
